In 2005, Raw Gourmets International started out as a raw culinary school in Chicago. Then we grew to a International Raw Culinary Arts & Retreat Center. Today, we’re both of those things and then some. 

As a raw food culinary school we offer everything from individual classes to opening your own raw vegan restaurant and start production.   Go as far as becoming a private chef that actually drives results, to experiential events that’ll bring any vision to life.
